Terms of Service

Commission turnaround time: 2-4 weeks
I send updates immediately once I have them. If I have not reached out with an update, I'm most likely working on another commission before yours.

I do not draw:
- NSFW
- Kinks/fetishes
- Real people/Humans
- Hateful messaging/prompts
- Complex backgrounds

COMMISSIONS
-Must be 18+ to commission me.
-Payment is due once I accept your commission (unless a payment plan is discussed).
-Payment is through paypal invoice.
-Please don't edit my work after it's finished. I send wips throughout the process, if you are unhappy with an aspect of the commission then let me know while the commission is still in progress.
-I post commissions and commission wips to social media, if you'd like to keep your commission private then please let me know beforehand.

ADOPTABLES
-Payment is due before I send the unwatermarked files.
-The owner is free to make design changes to the original art but please credit my art to me even if it’s revised.
-My designs can only be sold for the original price, plus the worth of any added art (Can include gift art, art trades, art drawn by you, commissions, etc. Please price fairly). Feel free to add any transaction fees to the selling price so you can get the full amount you spent back.
-Designs can be sold if acquired through trade but do not use my designs for the sole purpose of trying to make a profit, keep it fair.
-Once payment is sent, the character is yours! Feel free to change the name, gender, species, etc.
-My toyhouse is xBaby. Please let me know if you have a TH upon purchasing a design and I will transfer the design through there!
